Loch Ard Suite Richie Murray

Aberfoyle's places of worship include the current and former Parish Churches and St. Mary's Episcopal Church

Aberfoyle Parish Church (Church of Scotland)

Designed by John Honeyman, this 'new' church on the Loch Ard Road replaced the Old Parish Church to the south of the village.

The Parish Church is linked with the one in nearby Port of Menteith.  Both churches share the same Minister.

The regular Sunday morning service usually begins at 11.15 a.m.

The main door of the church building overlooks Aberfoyle's War Memorial that serves to remember local men who lost their lives fighting in the two 'World' Wars of the last century.

St. Mary's Episcopal Church, Aberfoyle

St. Mary's, located in Aberfoyle's Main Street, serves The Trossachs and the Strathendrick valley and is part of the worldwide Anglican communion.

The regular Sunday morning service usually begins at 11.15 a.m.

Find out more about the church at its web site.

Aberfoyle Old Parish Church

This church fell into disuse when the current Parish Church was built.  Find out more about the building and its associated graveyard at the ScotlandsPlaces web site.
